This page will outline the basic return policies we follow. By ordering you acknowledge and accept the terms below
RETURNS
We do not accept returns on any items.
In the rare event that you receive a faulty or incorrect item, you must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a return or refund. Items must be unworn, with tags and original packaging (including dust bags) intact. If the item is received and does not meet these conditions, the return request will be denied and the item will be sent back. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
The refunded amount will not include the original shipping cost, as that amount has already been used to ship your order. The shipment fee is non-refundable.

PRE-ORDERS
Pre-orders may be cancelled within 7 days of purchase for a full refund to the original payment method. You may still request a refund up to 14 days after the pre-order date, but after the 7-day mark, refunds will only be issued as store credit.
After 14 days from the purchase date, pre-orders are final sale and cannot be cancelled or refunded.
EXCHANGES
Customers must contact us within 5 days of receiving their order to be eligible for an exchange.
We accept exchanges for items that are unworn and returned in their original condition, including tags, dust bags, and packaging. If the item is received and does not meet these conditions, the exchange request will be denied and the item will be sent back.
The postage cost to return the item is the customer’s responsibility and will not be refunded.
