Are duties and taxes included at checkout?

No, duties are not included. Tax may be included depending on the country or region. Duties and taxes are calculated based on the items ordered, the shipment destination, and the value of your purchase.

If duties and taxes are charged at checkout, they will appear as a separate shipping option labelled “DDP”. Some countries require duties and taxes to be paid upon delivery, and they will be the customer’s responsibility.

PRE-ORDERS

If an item is a pre-order, this will be noted clearly in the product details.
Pre-orders will be shipped within 50 days of when the order was placed.

SHIPPING TIMES

Orders placed will be dispatched within 2 business days ; PRE-ORDERS will be dispatched within 50 days of order.
